Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use s5ph. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law. s5ph takes age verification seriously and will request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform.

s5ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances held at the time.
To access real-money games on s5ph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active s5ph account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, s5ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. s5ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify s5ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
s5ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
s5ph supports deposits and withdrawals via approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits are credited to your s5ph account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. s5ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. s5ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the s5ph account.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted by s5ph at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements or risk management policies.
Note: s5ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your provider before initiating a transaction.
s5ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
All games available on s5ph are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, s5ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. s5ph's decision in such matters is final.
Malfunction Voids All Pays: In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. s5ph is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s5ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the s5ph platform without prior written consent from s5ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s5ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
s5ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
s5ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact s5ph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. s5ph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
s5ph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who are unsatisfied with s5ph's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
s5ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, s5ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.
Your continued use of the s5ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
